We are an educational hair salon.
Our principal emphasis is to offer the students of Niagara College's Hairstyling and Hairstylist Apprenticeship programs the opportunity to work with clients in a safe environment while developing their skills and techniques. Our Hair Salon is located at Niagara College's Welland Campus in the Pavilion Building.
We are glad that you have chosen to support our program for your hairstyling needs. We strive to provide you with the best quality service but we ask that you remember that we are students trying to perfect our craft.
As we are an educational salon, we cannot always guarantee that your service will have the same quality as an established salon. We hope that you take this into consideration when booking your appointment with us.

Hours vary based on term
As we are an educational hair salon our hours vary based on academic term, and we are closed on holidays and during breaks. Hours will be posted on the homepage and may change without notice.
Request bookings
We try to select students to perform services randomly so that all students are equally able to gain experience working on the public in a supervised setting. We cannot guarantee a request booking—sorry!
Your feedback
During your visit you will be asked to provide written feedback for the student who provided your service. This feedback is required as it helps determine the student's grade. Your feedback is appreciated, as well as your understanding that the primary goal of services is to reflect those of a learning environment.

NC’s hairstyling programs prepares students academically for hairstyling and entry into apprenticeship. Our facility features up-to-date hairstyling labs providing an ideal venue for hands-on learning. We work closely with industry employers and our students benefit from innovative technical skills through theoretical and practical training.
